This 28 minute video on Human Performance in Aviation Maintenance is an analysis of a maintenance-related accident on a Canadian Air Force C-130. It tells the story of the chain of human events which was its cause including a reenactment of the procedure, a description of the personal situations of those involved, and post-accident interviews and inquiries.
