Each is an in-depth look and the operation, inspection, and complete overhaul of each Rotax two cycle engine. This video demonstrates the complete disassembly, inspection and reassembly of the cylinders, block, crankshaft, gearbox, cooling system, fan tower, exhaust, and the Bing carburetor (including adjustment). Internal damage due to condensation and corrosion is examined as is long term storage preparation and special tools needed for maintenance of all Rotax 2 stroke engines. This video is critical information for anyone who operates or maintains Rotax two stroke engines.
